3. Specs, Photos and any other information that is related to New Home Construction.

4  $250.00 fee paid to White Oak Trails HOA (New Build Only & invoice will be sent once package is received).

5. Onsite meeting to be scheduled with HOA, Builder and Homeowner after conditional approval is received but prior to construction start. Final approval to begin construction will be provided at this onsite meeting.
